Action Learning

Throughout the Masterpiece program you will learn through an action learning loop that deploys a learn-try-reflect-adapt process.  Learning and reflecting occurs during the sessions. Trying, reflecting, adapting, and 70% of your learning occurs outside the sessions in your work environment.

  • LEARN: new knowledge, concepts, best practices
  • TRY: apply best practices in your work environment through commitment-driven actions
  • REFLECT: reveal your worry boxes, consider what worked & what didn’t, evaluate progress towards achieving your commitment
  • ADAPT: Determine what you should do more of, consider what you should do less of, create new structures
