All coaching engagements begin with a behavioral based competency assessment and daVinci Consulting’s unique and robust commitment-building process. Each assessment is linked to the Masterpiece Leader Model.  The commitment building process, which is the hallmark of our work, taps into what is important to the client and their organization and drives the development.

The coaching sessions and between-session work deploys a structured process for introducing concepts and skills, applying those skills through small tests of change, and evaluating what worked and what did not. Our approach follows an apprentice framework where the participants are given tools to apply new skills in the workplace. This learning process follows a learn-try-reflect-adapt process with 10% classroom work, 20% social learning, and 70% on-the-job learning. One-to-One coaching sessions are more flexible in terms of introduction of concepts and proceed at the client’s pace.
