Your individual results are linked directly to the appropriate Masterpiece Leader Competency Model so you can compare yourself to successful leaders. But more importantly you can clearly see your strengths.
Although research has shown that goals should build on one’s strengths, (not one’s weaknesses), fewer than 10% of leaders have a plan for improving their strengths. Your behavioral strength becomes part of a commitment statement you will write at the beginning of the program.
